ANNOUNCEMENT

 

THE ARBAEEN RALLY OF IMAM HUSSAIN (peace be upon him)

 

Under the organization of the SMC of WA, and in Commemoration of the 40^th day after the Martyrdom of Imam Hussain, we invite all of you to join us in the public Rally at the city of Perth, as per the following details:

 

Rally Path Map:

 

START: The Esplanade Reserve (Cnr Barrack St & The Esplanade - Opposite the Bill Tower)

ROUTE: Barrack Street footpath → Hay Street Mall → Hay Street footpath →

               Milligan Street footpath → St Georges Terrace → Malcolm Street

FINISH: Fraser Avenue, Entrance to Kings Park

Two buses (22 passengers) will be serving at 09:00 am to transport the participants from Kings Park to the Assembly point at the city before the rally starts, and then from the city to Kings park at the end of rally.

 

We have also made arrangement with the Australia Red Cross for group Blood Donation in the name of Imam Hussain (Imam Hussain Blood Drive), on the next week after the Rally.

 

Important Notes:

 

1. The Rally is open to participate for all Shia Muslims communities from all nationalities.
2. Participants in the Rally are kindly requested to:

• Attending on time, and not arriving late.
• Cooperate with the Organising Committee and obey their directions so the event becomes a success.
• Wearing black and avoiding wearing unusual clothes.
• No flags of any nation or political organization shall be raised during the Rally.
• No pictures of any religious or political figure shall be raised during the Rally.
• Strictly repeating the cheers and acclamations that the organisers will pronounce only, and no others.
• Keeping the place clean and staying quite at all times.
